Brief Answer:
would recommend inj. lantus (insulin) after consultation....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached image. Here is my advice.

As per your history and reports, your fasting and postprandial blood sugar level, HbA1c level are on much higher side which indicate uncontrolled diabetes.

As your blood sugar level is not under control with only oral antidiabetic medications.

So if you would have been my patient, I would suggest you to start insulin injections. I would recommend injection lantus 6 IU at bedtime at start and have to adjust dosage as per blood sugar level. So I would suggest you to consult with your diabetologist regarding the same.

Along with that do regular blood sugar monitoring at least three times a day. Maintain proper diabetic diet and do regular exercises like brisk walking.

Watch for symptoms of hypoglycemia like sweating, shivering, dizziness...

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further...
