Brief Answer:
Probably hypothyroidism, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to hypothyroidism.

In some patients T3, T4, and TSH blood tests can remain normal.
There are many causes that the thyroid hormone level remains normal, even if you may have hypothyroidism.
1) Thyroid hormone resistance is one of the causes. In this cause thyroid hormone can be normal in blood but may be low in the tissues.
2) Normal range can be different in different laboratories.
3) In some patients with hypothyroidism TSH level remains normal due to different mechanisms in the system

So, I would suggest you to take proper medication to treat hypothyroidism.
Treatment consists in the daily use of the synthetic thyroid hormone or levothyroxine .This is a prescribed medication so you should consult your doctor before taking it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
