Hii. Your symptoms are insufficient to come to a diagnosis. This dizziness may be due to many medical and ent causes. This may be due to hypertension, increased blood sugar, sound induced hearing loss, infection of middle part of ear, meniers disease. So you need to consult and ent surgeon and a physician to get yourself checked. If needed you have to do a hearing test and certain other test to come to a diagnosis.

Thank you I had a hearing test normal hearing result by an audiologist and an ent examined me b 4 with a similar issue and said ear wax removal was done now I did physical therapy but it recites time to time . I was concerned about tinnitus or discussed by the end a middle ear infection

Hii. If you have normal hearing status then you have no other symptoms like discharge ear then there are no middle ear infection. If you have tinnitus but no history of giddiness then there is no need to worry and immediate intervention. Lead a stress free relaxing life. Avoid loud exposure of sound and excessive tea, coffee. You can do nothing for the tinnitus. You should avoid complete sound free environment. You can switch on radio and fan in low volume during sleep. You can later do a MRI brain if prescribed by a neurologist to rule any other neurological causes.
