I Am Experiencing Pain With Urination And Just Now There
Urinary tract infection with/without stone.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, albeit short and specific.
Pain in urination along with blood is indicative of one or both the causes:
Stone in urinary tract.
Urinary tract infection.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Give the sample of urine in a sterile container for Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. If the antibiotic is not started this will give the best results.
Tests of blood for CBC, sugar, kidney functions.
X-ray of abdomen and Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis.
These preliminary investigations will help to get the ''exact cause as early as possible'' so that an ''appropriate and effective treatment'' can be started and adjusted as per the finding of investigation reports and clinical evaluation.
Also take plenty of oral fluids.
I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis and management asap.
Please give any additional history about other symptoms like fever, body ache, vaginal discharge and so on.
Please give feedback.
