Brief Answer:
It seems some nerve is getting pinched

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most likely this pain is from a nerve or a swelling. Its probably from a wrong posture or repetitive movements at the joints. Its not from heart or blood vessels. No, you donot seem to be in danger.

Still to rule out a hear tissue, you can go for an ECG at your family physician office.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
