Brief Answer:
Possible heart issues.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should check your heart function because heart problems like mitral valve prolapse may cause fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath .
It gives palpitations, rapid heart beat and possibly hypertension.
I want to know the heart frequency and blood pressure.
Also do a total blood count because anemia may be a cause.
Also asthma or chronic bronchitis can cause shortness of breath and fatigue.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
