Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would explain that the pulsing pain in the right wrist and right side of the jaw do not seem to be related to each other.
Both these types of pain, could be related to local inflammation, probably caused by an injury or wrong posture.
In my opinion, the situation is not concerning about anything serious.
For this reason, I recommend trying first ibuprofen, which can help against inflammation.
If ibuprofen does not relieve your symptoms, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- a resting ECG
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalance.
Hope to have been helpful!
Wishing good health,
