Hormonal Imbalance? So having pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, dizziness, breast enlargement, diarrhea, heartburn, no period since May (it’s now October), and this butterfly feeling in my stomach is hormonal imbalance? Now my stomach is hard on the left side. What test can I ask my Dr to do that has not been done to see if it is a hormonal imbalance? They already checked my thyroid and it came back ok. Thank you for the quick reply.

How common is it to have a negative urine/blood test and still be pregnant? They did a transvaginal ultrasound and they couldn’t find anything. I am at lost and so confused. Dr is trying to put me birth control to see if my period will become regular again. I’m scared.
Brief Answer:
Hormonal pills can help here
Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am
I can certainly understand your concern
Yes oral contraceptives can be useful to initiate and regularise periods.
It's quite unlikely to be a pregnant in the absence of positive markers on blood and urine sample.
But transvaginal ultrasound can comfortably rule out pregnancy.
