Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but this could be due to a number of causes. I would recommend that you get a blood test for potassium, calcium and sodium levels to exclude their difficiencies.. Also I would recommend that you get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4 and TSH to exclude hypothyroidism and a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial together with a HbA1c test to exclude diabetes.. Also make sure that you are adequately hydrated with at least eight cups of water daily as this could be due to dehydration.. This could be due to some medications as diuretics and statins..
As for bloating, please take dysflatyl before every meal to relieve it. I hope you find this helpful..
