Question: I am have a shoulder arthroscopy(Fixing labreal tear and multidirectional instability), I was told I can become sexually actively again right after surgery if my arm is in the sling. Can I just keep my arm straight and not move it?

You can be sexually active. It's best to adopt those sexual positions which will not put much load or strain on your upper limb.

Would it be okay to be sexual active and not wear my sling? If I kept my arm straight did not move it and applied no pressure to it would that be okay?
