Hello,
There is no cure yet, but there are many ways you can decrease or eliminate PCOS symptoms and feel better. Your doctor may offer different medicines that can treat symptoms such as irregular periods, acne, excess hair, and elevated blood sugar.anks for posting your query.
PCOS can also lead to blood diseases like diabetes, heart disease, liver inflammation, uterine bleeding, sleep apnea, and endometrial cancer.
Polycystic ovary syndrome is a lifelong condition, but it can be treated in a number of ways. Treatment depends on the symptoms and whether or not a woman wants to become pregnant. Long-term treatment may be needed to help prevent endometrial cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.
Ayurveda is quite effective for PCOS treatment. Ayurvedic treatment of PCOS involves the use of herbs to boost fertility and maintain a balance of hormones. It also requires you to go through various therapies and a balanced diet.
As fibroid is very small, it can be cured by medicine but if cause any problem then it should be removed surgically.

Considering that i do not want to get pregnant, would like to understand what kind of treatment i should be taking?
Say if i get the periods once in 3 or 4 months. can i leave it like that? any issues if i don't take any treatment?
or it is required to get my periods atleast once in 45 or 60 days? so that it doesn't lead to any other problems.
Also when you say long term treatment, do you mean i need to take treatment even after menopause?
Treatment is needed to have regular periods.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Even if you do not want a pregnancy you need to treat this disorder so as to get regular periods and avoid gaining any more weight. Weight gain and irregular periods will cause a metabolic imbalance and can increase the chances of having cardiac or liver problems.
It is better to take medicines like Metformin , try to reduce weight and take medicines so that you have a period at least once every 45-60 days.
You need a treatment at least till menopause. Usually treatment is not needed after menopause.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
