Kindly describe your symptoms:
- how high is your fever
- what are your symptoms of cold- any sneezing, runny nose, cough, mucous, etc
- any other symptoms?
- What medicines have you tried?

As per current situation I will suggest that you isolate yourself for atleast 15 days even from your family members. Atleast 2m distancing
Take paracetamol (for fever) and cetrizine (for runny nose) as needed
Take other precautions mentioned for corona
Drink warm fluids, warm air and take adequate rest and it will get better.
