Brief Answer:
Sebowash

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Acne like lesions on scalp happens in seborrhea.
Your scalp must be oily and hence it is leading to blockade of sebaceous glands leading to acne like lesions.
Use the following
1. Noskurf lotion for overnight application.
2. Sebowash shampoo to wash your hair daily in morning.
Both the above medication to be used for at least three months.
These are safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You must reduce oil intake in diet to control seborrhea. Wash your scalp daily.
Reduce intake of food with high glycemic index such as chips and bakery products.
Drink lot of water and increase intake of fiber rich diet.
These might appear to be a general advice but actually these are going to help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
