Brief Answer:
It could be Dysentery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Diarrhoea mixed with Blood is called Dysentery. It can be due to Bacterial infection or Amoebiasis.Tablet containing Ofloxacin and Metronidazole will give response. If there is no response,I will prescribe Antibiotic Rifaximine.
There is no role of Ultrasound abdomen in your case.
I prefer a Colonoscopy to rule out cause of Bleeding per rectum and Diarrhoea. Most of the times, dysentery is due to contaminated water or food.
Pain in various parts of the Abdomen can be due to Infection of the gut and is seen in Diarrhoea.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.
Hope I answered your query.Uf you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health

Brief Answer:
It was told because of your symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Loose stool along with blood can also be due to Inflammatory bowel disease like Crohn's disease.IBS may have diarrhoea, but not blood usually.
But, Ultrasound abdomen doesn't help in the diagnosis of these two.It may give a Clue in Crohn's disease.
As per Medical literature, Colonoscopy is the best investigation to diagnose Crohn's disease.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further.

Brief Answer:
It could be due to Dehydration and blood loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Because of Diarrhoea and blood loss,it is natural to become weak and collapse.
Then, you should take Intravenous fluids to replace electrolytes like Potassium and Sodium. If Haemoglobin is low, you should have Blood transfusion.
