Hi,
It seems you are having allergic rhinosinusitis or inflammation of the sinuses and nose. Start tablet Augmentin 1 gm twice daily for 1 week. Take bromhexine tablet 8 mg thrice daily for 5 days which will clear the allergic mucin. Take proper steam inhalation through nose. Start saline nasal spray solspre 1 puff thrice daily. It will clear the allergic mucin. Take fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 month. It will decrease the allergic inflammation. Take proper diet . Drink more water. It will take some time to get decreased. Do yoga and running breathing exercises. Please review if you have any queries.
