Brief Answer:
Disc bulge at L5-S1.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached MRI scan report. There is a mild disc bulge at the level of L5-S1 with bilateral nerve root compression. This can cause pain in the legs. You need to have regular physiotherapy in addition to mild pain killers and rest. Lumbar traction can help in decreasing the nerve root compression and pain. You need to consult an orthopedician and a proficient physiotherapist for proper treatment after assessment of severity of symptoms.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Praveen Tayal.
