Hi
In view of stomach ache and diarrhea to help eith dehydration I would recommend SUGERLESS ELECTROLYTE DRINK twice a day until symtoms relieve. Avoid spicy oily and hot food and drink plenty oral fluids, you could take tablet sporilac ds twice a day to help maintain gut flora and tablet lopamide 2mg to control diarrhea. Incase of fever or symptoms persist kindly get a physician opinion over call or in person for antibiotics.
