Brief Answer:
allergy testing can be done

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be miserable with those continuous symptoms.

As you stated , the symptoms are likely due to allergies. If you want to determine the exact allergen, you would need to do allergy testing either by blood test or skin prick testing.
The blood tests can be done by the doctor but the skin prick testing would require either a dermatologist or allergist.

If this testing is not possible then you can try to suppress the allergic response by using medication such as antihistamines/decongestnt combintion eg benadryl d, zyrtec d, claritine d, allegra d.
The decongestant aspect would reduce the nasal symptoms.

If one of these medications is not effective for you, you can consider adding ketotifen or singulair. These work in a different way to reduce the allergic response. These would require prescription.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
