Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Skin color change may or may not be a concerning issue. I would like to know
1. Since when did you notice the spot?
2. How did it develop - was it after an injury / after a pimple / or any other event?
3. Do you notice similar skin color change at other location?
4. Is the spot gradually increasing in size / shape / texture?
5. Is it possible to upload picture of the spot here?
Regards

Brief Answer:
The spot may or may not be related to medications...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Skin discoloration is common during pregnancy and with some hormone medications. A particular skin pigmentation issue known as Melasma is a rare but definite condition related to the same. In the absence of a picture you can try and compare the images of Melasma from google with that of the pigmented spot you have.
Alternatively, you can upload good quality images of the pigmented spot. There should be an upload report option available on this page. You can use it to upload images of the spot.
Melasma is a non serious condition. So if the spots is indeed a melasma, you need not be overly bothered.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
