Who should I address it to?

I sent it to the email with your name in the subject box. In case you still are unable to see it, it says:
Sinus tachycardia
Left posterior fascicular Block
Non-specific ST and T wave abnormality
Abnormal ECG

Abnormal ECG
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Got the full ECG thanks.
See as per the ECG there are two possibilities
1. Most likely one : Technical error during lead placement, which means ECG is take wrongly (operator error).
2. Dextrocardia which means heart is placed on the right side however chances of this is less.
So it's advisable that you should get an ECG repeated again. If the ECG is the same the echocardiography needs to be done.
I hope this information will guide you through.
Kind Regards
