Brief Answer:
Mostly due to digestive problem

Detailed Answer:
Hi Fbest,
Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
Having no respiratory problem with breathlessness or palpitations & fatigue,
- The problem you have could be retated to simple digestion problem/ constipation/ food allergies or acid peptic disease.... with collection of gas under the diaphragm. It causes pressure & discomfort .
Very rarely at your age...it can be stress to intervertebral disc pushing the nerve supplying affected area in certain body position
You can try with digestive enzymes over the counter, diet rich in fibers&plenty of water,& muscle relaxent ointment (relaxil ointment OTC),mild extension exercises of spine would help.
With no relief, you would need more specific tests&examinations to find the cause followed by specific treatment.
Consult gastroenterologist /nurophysician for expert advise.
I hope that helps.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks

This has also been going on for more than a week and Zantac does not work ? Could it be pneumonia?

Brief Answer:
In case of respiratory symptoms Kovid needs to be excluded.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Fbest,
Thanks for the follow up query.
Pneumonia is mostly accompanied by fever, breathing difficulty with dry cough (sp. in kovid 19)
In last anwer I had already mentioned the suggested possibilities in absence of absent respiratory or heart symptoms.
Though it's less likely... in these days of Corona Pandemic , any problem related to chest area should be crosssed checked to exclude Kovid 19....when you check with suggested experts they would do the same as a rule in these critical days.
Thanks

Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Fbest,
Thanks for the feed back.
Apperently you don't seem to have any problem pertaining to respiratory distress/covid 19 too.Still it's not proprer to give confirmed diagnosis just from patients symptoms&feelings. Its better to get yourself chacked at least by your family doctor to start with...who would refer you to needful expert as per his impression If the doctor feels necessary he would advise for investigations (both to confirm the cause &also excluding Kovid)
I hope you got a satisfying answer .
Please take care.Any follow up query is welcome.
Thanks.
