I have reviewed your query and noted your concern.

Perhaps you have androgenetic alopecia and seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp. Androgenetic alopecia is the most common cause of thinning and hair loss in males whereas seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff also increases hair shedding.

I suggest you to use a Ketoconazole based shampoo e.g either Scalpe shampoo or Salisia KT shampoo. Use it every day.

For androgenetic alopecia, I suggest you use Minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop Yuva 5% solution) 1ml, twice daily and take a tablet of Finasteride 1mg (Finax) once a day for long. Both of these are approved remedies for androgenetic alopecia in males. You may need a prescription for this.
