I Am Having High Fever For Last 2 Days. Yesterday
Question: I am having high fever for last 2 days. Yesterday it was 103.1 so I took DOLO 650 last night.. My head is feeling heavy and eyes also paining.. And for you information I have recovered from COVID 19 on 6thOctober

You can take the following medicines:
Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg 1-0-0 for 5 days After Food,
Tab. Montek LC 10 mg 0-0-1 for 10 days After food.
Tab. Sinarest twice daily for 2 days for headache
Tab. Dolo 650mg SOS for fever, pain or uneasiness.
Tab, Limcee once daily for 30 days After food.
Steam inhalation for 20 minutes twice daily.
Warm water salt gargle after meal.

Hi,
We cannot rule out dengue unless we do a blood test. As even dengue has similar symptoms but the treatment remains the same. Adequate rest, hydration of 3-4 lts of fluids and dolo 650 for fever as and when required.
If your symptoms are persisting for more than 5 days then we can get some blood tests and urine test done. I would suggest you to wait and observe.
