Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am

After going through the medical details mentioned by you and taking into consideration your age group it’s advisable that you should get yourself evaluated for cardiac function as these symptoms are suggestive of underlying cardiac pathology which should be ruled out.

Kindly consult your treating doctor and get an ecg and an echocardiogram done.

Kind Regards
