My arm has been hurting but not like it is this morning. I'm not having any heart symptoms that I can tell. I am not having neck ior or shoulder pain.
Brief Answer:
Nerve compression possible.
Detailed Answer:
I believe the pain you are having may be related to nerve compression.
Having tingling, pins and needles sensation also can prove that it can be nerve compression.
The fact that your arm has been hurting for long and now it is worse suggests that it can be caused by Cervical root compression at cervical spine and it may get worse with time.
Having a x-ray of cervical spine is advisable.
Using anti-inflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen is advisable.
