Brief Answer:
May be sore throat with muscle sprain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history it may be sore throat with muscle sprain.

Please let me know do you have fever, cough with phlegm, difficulty in swallowing, history of injury, tingling or numbness in limbs?

Now for that you can take tablet acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500 mg three times a day. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads alternately.

Along with that do saline or Betadine gargles twice a day. Keep yourself hydrated. Take hygienic food and water. Do regular physical therapy.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
