As I understand you have pain in the left shoulder - a radiating type of pain severe pain for the last 10 days. Do you have any other symptoms such as tingling in the hands / palms or weakness in the fingers?
As indicated earlier, if the pain is very severe, it would be ideal to consider a clinical examination. X-ray and MRI scans of the cervical spine and if necessary the shoulders too may be done.
Until then you may try analgesics such as Tab Etoshine MR / Tab Dolowin MR twice daily after food. Warm compresses and topical pain agents can provide added benefits.

The scan uploaded is MRI of lumbosacral region. Moreover it's almost an year old. Your complaints is recent and in the neck/shoulder. Do you have a recent scan report?
