Take medicines suggested below

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for uploading Scan report .You have bilateral multiple renal calculi with obstructive changes in Kidney on Right side due to stone impacated at Vesico Ureteral junction on Right side which is the cause for pain .

Take following treatment
1) Tomsulosin once daily
2) Drotin and Niftas twice daily
3) Ensure to drink more water .

All the stones are small and can be expected to pass out through urine spontaneously .

Thanks and Regards.
