Question: I am having severe cough and slight cold from past one week (it used to be normal for first three days then from past 3 days cough is severe). Also, i felt am feeling slight body pains and feverish body from past 3 days.

Is the cough dry or do you get sputum?
If you get sputum then what colour?

As you are getting fever you'll have to take antibiotics.

I prescribe Tab. Gramocef CV for patients in my practise. This is available on prescription hence consult near by doctor once to get it prescribed.

For cough you can take Grilinctus syrup 5 ml 3 times a day for 5 days
Hifenac P 2 times a day for fever and body pain

Keep your self well hydrated

And have steam 2 times a day.
