Brief Answer:
It can be chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the Ask A Doctor service. It seems that you are having any chest infection since last 3 months
It can be chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. So you should consult a chest medicine or pulmonary medicine doctor. Do a chest x ray or CT scan chest because it is covid time and you are having breathing difficulty for last 3 months. Start an antibiotic augmentin. Start allegra M ( montelukast levocetrizine) tablet at bedtime which will reduce inflammation and will open the airways. Take Mucolytic bromhexine tablet which will clear the mucus. Take steam inhalation. You may need to take Furacort and asthalin inhaler if there is moderate breathing difficulty. Buy a pulse oximeter and see the blood oxygen saturation.

Please follow the above advice and review if you have any queries.
