Question: I am having some chest discomfort. I took all tests related cardiology. ECg, Echo normal. Thrid mill 3rd stage little changes. I am taking tab clopitab CV 10mg night only. Shall I continue life long in this tab. My age is 43

Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that if at peak exercise there were changes in your ECG during treadmill test then that’s a significant finding and taking into consideration your 40+ age group it’s advisable to continue taking low-dose aspirin or clopidogrel.

So you can discuss with your treating doctor and can continue taking it.
