I Am Having Tingling Sensations In Face Arms And Legs

I think MS is unlikely in your case.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
MS may happen in a wide range of ages, but more often in young adults.
I think that if it was MS it should be clear after one year, so, I think that diagnosis is very unlikely.
In my opinion, you should continue the supplements of the vitamins B group for the symptoms.
If B12 was low before it may have caused some nerves damage that may prolong the symptoms.
It is possible that anxiety is playing a role if you are too much concerned about this.
A careful neurological examination may give the necessary information about the diagnosis.
So, I think that you should see an experienced Neurologist for your issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

That is how ms works doesn't it? Does ms affect both sides of body usually? My facial tingling is most consistent if I am having that and it is ms wouldn't it show up on MRI? I just don't understand why or what else would cause reoccurring symptoms like this

Welcome back.
It is true that MS symptoms follow a remitting-relapsing pattern in most of the cases.
Sensory symptoms is an early sign of MS, but they change as the disease progresses and new symptoms may appear.
Both are possible, affection of one side or both sides of the body.
Again, the diagnosis of MS is mainly clinical, so, if it was MS, it should be clear by now.
Anxiety may play a role in such symptoms.
Past viral infections also for example may leave some symptoms that persist.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask if you have further questions.

Some possible conditions listed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
There are a number of conditions that may cause chronic paresthesias that also may follow an on/off pattern.
One condition for example is paresthesia linked to poor blood circulation due to stenosis of blood vessels.
In case of a drop in blood pressure, the symptoms are more prominent.
Hypothyroidism also may cause such symptoms.
Peripheral nerves may be damaged from a number of conditions such as diabetes, adverse effects of drugs, metabolic changes, etc.
For example, symptoms may appear in some metabolic circumstances and may disappear when these metabolic changes are stabilized.
These are some possible explanations for your symptoms besides anxiety mentioned before.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
