Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that there is no reason to panic considering your clinical situation.
As long as you have no cardiomyopathy (such as myocardial hypertrophy or heart chamber dilation) based on the cardiac ultrasound, there you are not at an increased risk compared to other patients without this ECG finding.
Theoretically, you should consider more seriously your arterial hypertension as it is a known risk factor for a poor prognosis in patients affected by this virus infection.
For this reason, I would recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to exclude cardiomyopathy and closely monitor your blood pressure values.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
