22 eggs were retrieved and 12 were fertilized by ICSI. my age is 44 and wife is 31 years. yes my semen analysis was normal

We are undergoing infertility treatment . ..23 eggs were retrieved & 12 were fertilized by ICSI & frozen for FET. In first ET 3 embryo's were transplanted and she had blighted ovum due to chromosoman abnormslity and we had to abort the foetus
again as FET is planned in Feb .....is there any possibility of the same again in this cycle also. What medicines precautions can we take to avoid the same semen analysis is normal my age 44 years & wife is 31 years

I can understand your situation.
You need not worry about blighted ovum to happen again.
If the embryos are normal it can result in pregnancy.
Regarding drugs it depends on the protocol of each IVF centre and it is not safe for me to suggest medicines online with out knowing her details..

my concern is doc whether the other embryos are also having any chromosomanal abnormality and result in miscarriage again??

Usually it doesn't happen.Because different egg and sperm forming each embryo.
