Question: I am looking for any signs of heart, liver, kidney or bone irregularities or any cancer flags. Can you please review the attached test results and provide your assessment of the results? The results in red, indicating out of range are especially of interest. Additionally, I'm wondering how I should understand the the HS CRP value? Finally what follow up tests or other tests would you recommend to further explore any items you find remarkable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per your history and attached reports,

1. HDL cholesterol is slightly on lower side, for that I would suggest you daily exercise and diet modification i. e. Low fat and low calorie diet.

2. HbA1c value 5.7 indicates pre-diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance. Kindly check fasting and postprandial sugar levels after physician consultation. Along with that continue with low sugar, high protein diet. Take more vegetables and fruits.

3. Raised alkaline phoshatase level indicates liver or gall bladder disease. For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with physician. He mat procure ultrasound abdomen or computed tomography abdomen as per evaluation.

4. Vit D level is on lower side. For that you can take vit D 60000 IU and sachets once weekly for 6 weeks after consultation.

Except these, at present, I don't think that you have any major warning signs.

Raised HS CRP value indicates underlying infection or inflammation. This test usually used for monitoring the underlying condition. In your case, it's within range.

Hope I have answered your query.
