Brief Answer:
Seen the reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

I have seen the reports and I understand from your query that you already have PCOS and hypothyroidism. You are currently not on any medicine.

In this report, TSH is high confirming the hypothyroidism.
Also vitamin D levels are low, for which you can take Arachitol Nano shots once every two weeks for two months.

Otherwise parameters are only slightly out of range and not of concern for now.

Dr Vaishalee

Thank you doctor. I have few more quetions.
1. Do i need to take any medicine for thyroid or it will come down with changes in lifestyle?
2. We are planning for a baby as i am already 33, do you see any challenges in that because of thyroid.

Hi again,

Thanks for reverting back with queries.

You will need thyroid supplement in low doses and also changes in lifestyle for thyroid to get better. Lifestyle changes include regular exercise or walk (30 min a day) and meditation, clean drinking water, iodine in salt.

Because of thyroid, I don't see any challenge in conceiving pregnancy.

Shatavari is a herb that is a hormone balancer and can be used in both PCOS and hypothyroidism. You may try it in the dose of one tablet a day for five days before start of menstrual bleeding.

In allopathy you may take medicines as required and suggested by your local doctor.

Dr Vaishalee
