Below are the details:
Age - 29yrs
Occupation - Software Developer
Height - 6ft 2inches
Weight - 75kgs

Total Blood cholesterol - 222 mg/dl
Non HDL Cholesterol - 166 mg/dl
VLDL - 35.8 mg/dl

Albumin - 5.2 g/dL
SGPT(ALT) - 83 U/L

There are no present health conditions.

My diet preferences are North XXXXXXX food + South XXXXXXX Food(Idli,Dosa,Upma,Uttapam).
Also, I will prefer to have non-veg atleast once per week or twice per month.


Below is my current eating routine (recently started after getting report) :
8-8:30 am - Coconut Water
10 am - Breaksfast (Poha, Upma, Vermicelli, Bread omlette,)
12 pm - Fruit or Sprouts
2 pm - Lunch (Rice, dal, vegetable, papad and curd)
6pm - Evening snack + Green tea or Lemon tea
9pm - Dinner (Roti/Paratha + Vegetable)

Workout/Exercise:
- Daily walk after Lunch and dinner for 15-20 mins
- Playing badminton over weekends
- Swimming once per week

Mostly it wont be required.
When there is chronic urinary retention we can try for medical management using various drugs.
If there is no improvement with drugs then only intermittent catheterisation or self XXXXXXX required.
