Brief Answer:
A thorough health check-up is needed at first...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

First and foremost, it is recommended that you should get yourself thoroughly checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist...along with it, there will be a need to undergo a few examinations i.e. CBC, LFT, KFT with Electrolytes, ESR, Blood sugar levels, Thyroid function test, Chest X-ray, ECG, Urine and Stool routine microscopy analysis, etc...

Furthermore, a serial recording of blood pressures needed to be checked properly by the doctor to ascertain the present status...

Based on the findings, the exact diagnosis will be determined...management can be done afterward...

Don't worry too much... just go ahead with the clinical check-up and proceed accordingly...
