Based on your description, you seem to have developed erectile dysfunction. Since you claim to have no early morning erections, the cause could be vascular or endocrine in nature. I will strongly recommend visiting a urologist/andrologist to evaluate the cause of loss of erection. You will need a battery of test that includes a physical examination, endocrine tests as well a doppler study to evaluate blood supply.
Further management is based on the test result.
