Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. The symptoms that you describe are due to cold, sinusitis and eustachian tube dysfunction. These symptoms are very common during an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (URTI).
2. Add an anti-allergy medication or an OTC (Over the Counter) cold formula, steam inhalation.
3. OTC Nasal Decongestant drops can be used for 2-3 days. These will help reduce the nasal congestion and snoring.
4. If there is no relief in 2-3 days, get examined by a local specualist doctor.
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Does the hot weather aggrevate these symptoms? How will I know if this is something more sinister?
