Question: I am pregnant with twins..10 weeks completed..with normal cardiac & fetal activity...Cervical length 3.5Cm...
Its written in the report that chorion is anterior covering internal OS..I need to travel 140 kms from here for NT svan..is it safe? Also..is this placenta previa?

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) You have placenta previa ( same as chorion).

2) It’s too early to be called as placenta previa and hence not to fear adverse events.

3) You can safely travel forward NT scan. No need to fear about Placenta Previa.

1.Its scheduled after 2 weeks...
2.Sir I am having loparin 40 everyday on my thighs..
Its painful while giving..no pain after that..
There is less fatty skin on my thighs..so paining I guess.
Can it be taken on upper hips on fatty tissue?
3. There are 2 3 lumps formed after giving it which is gradually reducing in size..but still it is there..is it bad?
4. I am having mother horlics & muesli..is it fine?
5. What i need to do if placenta previa detected after few weeks..as I hv twins..will it be risky?
