Question: I am really dysfunctional with Chonric Fatigue Syndrome every says the same thing. It doesn't say what kind of exercise to do. I go shopping and I am completely warn out. This is the second time I have had this. Only this must be worse only thing is the first time I was taking Adderall. A doctor asked me to quit taking it is a very long story. I need some relief. In the last couple of years not only have I had 2 bouts with CFS but have had Shingles and a lung virus.

* As per my clinical experience, the underlying cause may be a deficiency of trace
elements, vitamins, hemoglobin or minerals giving the symptoms.

* Find detailed guidelines as below to get better recovery from the stuff

@ Consume balanced nutritious diet comprising of carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins,
proteins, fat and in a nutshell would include green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes
milk and so forth.

@ Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids round the clock as tissue gets dehydrated
when liquid intake is less.

@ So far as exercises are concerned, specific attention to limb

- lying on the back, raising the thigh by 90 degrees and performing slow cycling in
both directions as taking heel to touch back of the thigh and again to the same position.
- keeping the whole lower limb stretched with knee extended and doing
circumferential movement clockwise and anti-clockwise for separate limbs.
- upper limbs include shoulder shrugging with gentle rotation clock and anti-clockwise
flexion and extension of the elbow, wrist and spanning of fingers with fist formation.


@ Deep breathing exercises, and YOGA as Kapalbhati and Anulom vilom works great by
rejuvenating the internal system.
@ Walking in fresh air is of utmost importance.

@ Keep your body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol, BP, thyroid hormone levels under
control.
@ Avoid stress, anxiety and maintain sound sleep of 7 hours.

@ Supplement of multivitamins will help greatly for a period of 20 - 30 days.
@ Avoid smoking or alcohol if consuming.

@ Can take tablet paracetamol in case of muscle ache, use of antidepressants or
sedatives are neither necessary for your issue nor recommended.
