Question: I am severe pain in tooth since last one week please suggest done medication the pain is in both sides of pre molars and molars teeth

Dental caries is a possible cause.
As of now you can take over the counter available analgesics like aceclofenac or ibuprofen for pain relief.
Once the pain settles, you have to consult a dentist and plan for definitive treatment like root canal treatment(RCT) or filling.
