Question: I am sexually active with one partner and have been with him and him only for a little over two years . I am sexually active with one partner and have been with him and him only for a little over two years. I just recently noticed and odor and some clear discharge with no other symptoms. What do I do? As per your history it may be bacterial vaginosis.
Please let me know do you have itching, fever, abdominal pain, burning micturation, frequency of micturation?
To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do complete hemogram, discharge culture sensitivity after detailed medical examination and gynecologist opinion.
Till then in case of itching you can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. You may require ointment containing metronidazole and clindamycin after consultation.
Along with that maintain proper hygiene. Use V wash. Avoid using harsh cosmetic products. Keep your self hydrated.

I bathe every day with a gentle cleanser and I do not have any itching. I never douche and have only had s great infection twice in my lifetime. I am 48.
