Brief Answer:
Follow up with a bit more information....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

I would like to understand more about your complaint about shivering in order to be able to provide a helpful response.

1. How often do you get this?
2. Do you have any other disturbing symptoms like fever, burning while urination, cough, sore throat?

As treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Only Isolated chills that do not recur often in most cases have no pathological significance. This is why it is important to monitor to see if this happens repeatedly before probing further.

Joint pain may be also due to viral infection or age related. Let me see your responses to these questions and we will continue from there.

Waiting for you response...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
