Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer below...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.

Kindly let me know if there is brusing of skin?
Increased thirst, headaches and pain which are common side effects of cavitation...associated with your symptoms.

Usually there is no such side effect of cavitation..
There may be some other reason for deafness.

If your problem doesn't resolve then I would suggest you to consult with an ENT specialist for detailed medical examination and further treatment.

Kindly keep your self calm and be hydrated.
Take care.

Hope this helps.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
