I Am Struggling With Tiredness And Fatigue On Almost A
I have had many tests by my own doctor and all have come back normal. My daily fatigue varies from day to day and is accompanied by headaches (particularly above my eyes) and muscle pain in my lower back, legs, face and neck.
I have days where I feel much better or normal and then days where I feel awful. I can’t work out any pattern to this.
Hypothyroidism and iron deficiency anemia may cause it.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
You say that the tests you did all the tests but I want to know if you did
A total blood count with formula
Feritimemia (iron levels in blood)
Thyroid hormones T3, T4 and TSH levels
Eye visit control to ophthalmologist.
Iron deficiency anemia and hypothyroidism may be the causes of fatigue and tiredness.
Also you may need to visit ophthalmologist because poor sight, need for glasses and long time working in computer may give headache and heavy eyes.
Also long hours working in computer can give you back pain and neck pain because of the bad positioning.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
