Question: I am suddenly limping it’s from my groin where the leg connects to the groin...I have type 2 diabetes, recovering from cancer and doing hot yoga and running, it happened after hot yoga please help me

Thanks for asking I have read your query & understand your concern
The pain you have in you groin ,making you limp... seems to be following over use/over stretching of the leg muscles or tendons around hip joint,.while doing Hot yoga exercise ./stretching of sciatic nerve that is already sensitized due to long standing diabetes.
* Self care consists of-Taking rest(no yoga or running.walk with support if it's a must )/use hot pack/ gently apply anti inflammatory ointment like Duoflam gel /Taking anti inflammatory pills over the counter like Ibuprofen after food ./Taking vit B12 supplement (Nurobion forte pill over the counter)
Do the yoga exercises under expert guidance in future.
*Please consult your doctor if... there is swelling &increasing pain inspite of home care or if there is no relief at all with home care for 2 days.
He would examine you,get you investigated as per need & provide with more specific &strong medication ..that suits you.which would relieve you.
