I Am Suffering From Cervical Disc Bulge And Capel Tunnel Syndrome
Question: Namaste,
I am suffering from cervical disc bulge and Capel tunnel syndrome, since last few years, also took the MRI and other tests, I went through physiotherapy and now don't have numbness in thumb and fingers. But since last few months there is a pain in both side of neck and there is pain goes near to my right ear neck area, Upper right chest till shoulder. Shoulder doesn't have much strength to lift things and there is no muscular pain or when I touch it I am not able to recognize the pain coming from but the pain is there. I am not able. To understand which specialist doctor I should see. Went through lots of orthopedic doctor but there is no proper solution. Please help me in identifying the issue hai how should I treat it. And from few days numbness is increasing again towards my hand. Please help. Me.

first check your blood sugar levels and vitamin b levels [esp b12 , cause of numbness ] [apply quick relief ointment for symptomatic ] and there is chance of cervical problem if it was not fully resolved [nerve compression etc] [EMG test can be helpfull for specific nerve if its there] well is there is any history of trauma [ shoulder mri can tell rotator cuff which seems to be loose ,if its not able to lift ] u can consult neurologist for your pain and and for shoulder upper limb orthopaedic specialist [do calcium,prothormone, renin, vit d levels] too other therapies for pain might work r cst,sky breathing exercise for stress
