Hi,
I have read you query and understood your concern. In view of fever and pain I would recommend paracetamol such as Tablet Dolo 650 and to relieve any congestion kindly do steam inhalation twice a day and a levocetrizine tablet such as tablet wykoril at bed time would help. In view of sore throat I would recommend Betadine mouth gargle twice daily to control infection.
